The company is aware of the importance of development and progress toward sustainability to ensure stable growth of our business. We, therefore, give high regard and concern for the environment, society, and good governance in all working procedures, including the operational sector. Accordingly, we have prepared our policy on sustainability management as follows:

1. Environmental development

• Campaigning on economic and efficient use of energy.
• Reducing greenhouse gas emissions by examining vehicles used for transporting goods to be in the best working condition to prevent incomplete combustion; turning off electricity during lunch break; and turning off air conditioners after working time.
• Reducing the use of materials and office equipment by reusing or recycling.
• Using durable packaging rather than single-use packaging to save resources and reduce waste.
• Disposing of and eliminating waste, including toxic waste, by correct methodology to reduce pollution.
• Informing staff and employees on the appropriate use and value of electricity and water and encouraging all levels of managing staff and general staff to concern for environmental and climate-friendly business operation.

2. Social development

• Encouraging and respecting human rights protection; treating staff equally and righteously; promoting recruitment of local workers, disadvantaged people, and disabled people regardless of nationality, religion, sex, age, education, beliefs, or others.
• Organizing personnel development programs by constant training to boost staff efficiency which would improve the company’s performance and create incentive for staff to cooperate in the development of the company.
• Providing welfare, safety, and healthcare in the workplace to boost working satisfaction for staff.
• Cooperating with the community, schools, or government organizations in public activities to create participation and improvement of the community environment.

3. Good governance

• Determining for the preparation and execution of important policy as guidelines for business transparency and good governance which concern the benefits for the business, shareholders, and other people involved, including policy on good governance; business ethics; corruption prevention policy; inside information use prevention policy.
• Conducting business by laws and regulations.
• Determining to have regular evaluation and risk assessment to prevent the effects on company sustainability in economic, social, environment, and good governance dimensions.
